Mega Bloks/Disney: First Product To Be Released In 2003

MONTREAL -(Dow Jones)- Mega Bloks Inc. has agreed to enter into licensing
agreements with Disney Consumer Products and its affiliates, for the creation
of construction toys featuring Disney characters.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

In a news release, Mega Bloks said the pact includes characters from Disney's
Winnie the Pooh, Disney Princesses and classic characters and Power Rangers.
The Disney agreement is global, while the Power Rangers agreement covers all
major markets where Mega Bloks distributes its Micro products, except Japan,
it said.

Mega Bloks, a toy company, said it intends to release its first Disney and Power
Rangers items next year.
