In Maine we have a fantastic number of local beers - so many that I rarely buy my old standby, Sam Adams.

It's kind of sad.

The other day, however, I had to try the new Samuel Adams Blackberry Witbier.


I don't know the right lingo to review the beer properly ("medium body with a fair carbonation gives a nice balance"). But if you like a little fruit beer, especially in the summer, you should check it out.
